WYK’s primary person responsible for the daily onsite catering and pantry operation at the client’s premises. This person must be responsible, hands-on and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure pre-service readiness, buffet setup and timely food replenishment.
• Allocate manpower and supervise onsite staff.
• Oversee pantry cleanliness, stock, equipment and daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and temperature-control requirements.
• Coordinate with the Client PIC and resolve or escalate operational issues.
• Complete closing checks, daily records and operational reports.
• Take full accountability for the quality and smooth running of onsite operations.

Requirements

• Responsible, dependable and able to work independently.
• Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements.
• Catering, kitchen, hotel or food-service experience.
• Chef or kitchen operations experience is preferred

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
