Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site Ecommerce Specialist role based in Singapore, reporting directly to the Business Development Executive overseeing e-commerce operations. You'll manage and optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions across major online marketplaces and the company's e-commerce channels — with real ownership over how our products show up online.

What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions across marketplaces including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Amazon
• Monitor daily sales performance and analyze traffic and conversion data to identify opportunities
• Implement strategies to improve online visibility, conversion, and revenue
• Coordinate with internal teams on inventory availability, product content, and digital campaigns
• Ensure accurate listings and consistent branding across all channels
• Handle customer inquiries related to online orders
• Prepare regular performance reports for management
• Support the rollout of new online initiatives and marketplace features

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce or online marketplace management, including product listings and promotions
• Ability to analyze sales, traffic, and conversion data to derive insights and recommend improvements
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners
• Customer-oriented mindset with experience handling online order inquiries and support
• Understanding of basic sales principles and experience working toward revenue or growth targets
• Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for reporting; familiarity with marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, or similar
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in consumer products, baby products, or retail/e-commerce is an advantage

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary: SGD $2,800 – $3,800, commensurate with experience
