Perodua 3S Setapak Hiring! Full Time Front Desk Receptionist in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 2,300 - Ricebowl

1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and receive customers upon arrival.
• Handle customer enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Assist customers with basic enquiries and communication.
• Follow up with customers who did not turn up for their appointments.
• Ensure customers receive a friendly and professional service experience.

2. REQUIREMENTS

• Able to work Monday – Saturday, full day.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related role is an advantage.
• Able to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Punctual and responsible with good attendance.
• Preferably staying around Setapak / Gombak / Wangsa Maju / Sentul.

4. EMPLOYMENT DETAILS

Position: Receptionist / Customer Service
Location: Perodua 3S Setapak
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Working Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm
Basic Salary: RM1,700 – RM2,300 (based on experience)
Monthly Incentive: Up to RM700.00
Uniform: Uniform Shirt Provided
