The Opportunity

We are looking for a curious, creative and driven individual to join our Global Brands team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and growth of Ascott's award-winning brands while gaining exposure to a global hospitality organisation.


Working alongside experienced brand leaders and cross-functional teams, you will support the development and implementation of brand initiatives, contribute to brand standards and guidelines, and help bring our brands to life through engaging guest experiences, learning programmes and digital platforms. You will also have opportunities to work with different stakeholders on projects that strengthen brand consistency and enable our teams across the globe.

Key Responsibilities


Develop the Global Brand Curriculum


Global Brand Academy

  • Serve as secretariat for the Global Brand Curriculum Council.
  • Drive content development and programme execution for the Global Brand Academy, collaborating with stakeholders to align learning materials with global brand standards and business objectives while managing training logistics.


LMS Management

  • Work with LMS partners and stakeholders to develop, upload and maintain online learning content. Where required, independently manage LMS content and updates to ensure timely and accurate deployment.


Manage the Global Brand Visibility & Consistency


Photo Audit & Guidelines

  • Serve as global photo custodian, reviewing, auditing and approving regional imagery to ensure high quality, composition and strict alignment with brand standards.
  • Maintain an organised repository of approved visual assets.


Supporting brand consistency through brand selection

  • Work as part of a team to review and set standards for guest supplies and amenities while building compliance frameworks to maintain quality.
  • Support brand strategy and decision-making through comprehensive market research, competitor tracking, and consumer insight analysis.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as reasonably assigned by the Company to support business operations and organisational objectives.


Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Business, Hospitality or a related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates with prior internship or work experience in branding, marketing, communications, hospitality or related fields will have an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Curious, resourceful and willing to learn.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint and Excel.
