- Maintain compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
- Prepare and review payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams for payroll adjustments and reconciliation.
- Support regional payroll operations, leveraging Mandarin language skills.
- Ensure data confidentiality and security in all payroll processes.
- Continuously monitor and improve payroll systems and processes.
A Successful Senior Payroll Specialist (Mandarin) Should Have
- Proficiency in payroll systems and processes within the technology & telecoms industry.
- Fluency in Mandarin to support regional operations.
- Strong understanding of statutory payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Annual salary ranging from MYR 72,000 to MYR 86,000.
- Flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance.
