Job Summary

Support procurement and project teams by managing sourcing, purchase orders, supplier relations, and compliance to ensure timely delivery of materials and services aligned with project needs.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure materials, equipment, and services following project specifications and company policies
• Prepare and process purchase orders, delivery orders, and supplier invoices accurately and timely
• Maintain and update procurement records, supplier databases, and material catalogs to ensure data accuracy
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to obtain quotations, confirm delivery schedules, and verify order details
• Monitor deliveries to ensure on-time receipt of goods and proactively resolve supply delays or issues
• Assist in conducting cost comparisons, evaluating suppliers, and preparing contract documentation
• Coordinate with project and site teams to fulfill procurement requirements promptly and accurately
• Support internal audits by ensuring procurement procedures and documentation comply with standards
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support procurement and project functions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of procurement or administration experience, preferably in construction or engineering
• Knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and basic contract administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal teams
• Detail-oriented and organized to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
