Guest Service Executive

Salary: $2,800 – $3,200/month
Working Hours: 5 days/week, 44 hours
Location: Central Singapore
Working Days: Rotating shifts, including weekends & Public Holidays

Available Positions

• Guest Service Executive – Guest Relations 9am to 9:30pm (rotating shift)
• Guest Service Executive – Concierge 7am to 1:30am (rotating shift)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests and complaints.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and cashiering duties.
• Maintain good guest relations and ensure a pleasant stay.
• Provide information on hotel facilities, attractions and events.
• Handle room enquiries and upselling where appropriate.
• Follow hotel security, safety and operational procedures.
• Maintain a professional appearance and tidy work area

Requirements

• Customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Service-oriented and pleasant personality.
• Comfortable working rotating shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
