About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and caring Dental Front Desk Executive . Fresh graduates and candidates with hospitality, front office, customer service, healthcare or dental experience are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome, register and assist patients professionally.

  • Handle phone calls, messages, emails and patient enquiries.

  • Schedule, reschedule and confirm appointments, and follow up with patients to fill available slots.

  • Collect payments and assist with CHAS, MediSave and insurance claims according to clinic procedures.

  • Ensure patient records and supporting documents are complete and ready for appointments.

  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with PDPA and clinic procedures.

  • Prepare, record and issue prescribed medication according to the dentist’s instructions.

  • Count and maintain medication and product stock accurately.

  • Coordinate laboratory case collection, dispatch and follow-up, ensuring the correct cases and documents are sent.

  • Keep the reception and clinic areas clean, neat and presentable.

  • Follow clinic opening, closing and daily operating procedures.

  • Support other clinic duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Responsible, punctual and reliable.

  • Caring and attentive towards patients.

  • Able to communicate clearly and professionally.

  • Able to follow instructions and clinic procedures.

  • Comfortable using computers and learning clinic software.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Customer Service, Front Office Operations or a related field is an advantage, but not required.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

  • Saturday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM

  • Sunday and Public Holidays: Off

  • 5.5-day, 44-hour work week
