• Prepare and submit freight quotations to customers accurately and within the required timeline.
• Source and compare freight rates from shipping lines, hauliers, co-loaders, overseas agents and other service providers.
• Negotiate with relevant parties to obtain competitive rates and suitable service arrangements.
• Follow up on quotations and customer enquiries promptly.
• Understand customers’ requirements and provide suitable logistics solutions.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and follow up on potential business opportunities.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints, and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with Operations and other departments to ensure smooth shipment arrangements.
• Maintain proper records of quotations, customer enquiries and related documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in Customer Service, Freight Forwarding or Logistics.
• Experience in preparing freight quotations is preferred.
• Good knowledge of shipping and logistics services.
• Good communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work under pressure.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
