Our client is a leading global supply chain and logistics provider. They are looking for a Sales Support Assistant to provide administrative and coordination support to their Sales team on a 3-month contract .

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:30am – 5:30pm

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and identify potential customers across various industries
• Support lead generation, customer outreach, appointment setting, and follow-ups
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and maintain customer databases
• Coordinate customer meetings and provide administrative support to the Sales team
• Assist with market mapping, competitor research, and other ad-hoc sales support duties

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Well-organized with strong administrative skills
• Proactive, willing to learn, and able to support multiple tasks
