Job description

  • Coordinate the logistics of inbound and outbound cargo, including booking shipments, arranging transportation, and tracking deliveries

  • Liaise with internal teams, external carriers, and customers to provide updates and resolve any issues that may arise

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to all logistics activities

  • Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis to identify areas for process improvement

  • Support the implementation of new logistics initiatives and technologies to enhance operational efficiency

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a logistics or freight forwarding role.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders

  • Proficient in using logistics management software and MS Office applications

  • Knowledge of freight forwarding processes, customs regulations, and supply chain management principles

  • A problem-solving mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
