Responsibilities:

1. Compile and maintain documentation including SOP, SIS Flowchart, Procedures, Work Instruction, Forms, Letters and any documentation within the Company.

2. Reviewing and improving documents required by QMS ISO 9001/IATF 16949 including Quality Manual, standard operating procedures (SOP), work instructions (WI) and the associate implementation forms/check sheets.

3. Establish, implement, maintain, and continually improve Integrated Management System (IMS) compliance to Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015), Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (ISO 45001:2018), and Management System for Private Security Operations (ISO 18788:2015)

4. Prepare audit plans for ISO audits and audit reports and submit within the required timeline.

5. Enhanced continual improvement of the management system and the assurance of conformity to applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

6. Assisted top management in developing and improving company policies according to the standard, organization, customer, and legal requirements.

7. Review QHSE requirements and prepare necessary documents.

8. Other ad hoc task required by superior.

Knowledge & Skills:

1. Degree or Diploma in Administration, Management, QHSE, HR or in any related field.

2. Knowledge and experience in ISO standards and quality management systems is a plus.

3. Fresh graduates that has internship experience in document control, sop, procedures, work instruction and quality system management are welcomed to apply.

4. Experience in QHSE, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Document Controlling, Risk Assessment and ISO is a plus.
