Job Summary:
Responsible for providing physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation to residents to improve mobility, strength, function, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ physical conditions, mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans.
• Provide exercises, rehabilitation, and mobility training.
• Assist residents with pain management and physical recovery.
• Monitor residents’ progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation.
• Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and proper mobility techniques.
• Work closely with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure physiotherapy equipment is properly maintained and safely used.
• Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy.
• Registered with the relevant professional body, where applicable.
• Previous experience in elderly care, rehabilitation, or nursing home settings is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Caring, patient, and responsible.
• Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
