• Gather and translate business requirements into ERP (Epicor) and operational solutions.
• Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Conduct and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions meet business needs.
• Provide 1st & 2nd level support for ERP issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Support ERP implementations, upgrades, and testing.
• Develop reports, assist users with reporting tools, and provide training.
• Document processes and support change management initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years' ERP experience, ideally in manufacturing environments.
• Experienced in ERP project implementation for Oracle, Epicor, MD365 etc)
• Strong knowledge of business processes and ERP systems (Epicor) is preferable.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel within the APAC region when required.
