Job Title: Marketing Executive (Content Creator)

Salary Range: RM 1,900 – RM 2,600 per month

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, self-motivated, and enthusiastic Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, filming, editing, and publishing engaging visual and written content across our digital and social media channels (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and LinkedIn).

Key Responsibilities

• Content Production: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and graphics using tools like Canva and CapCut.
• Social Media Management: Draft compelling captions, schedule posts, and publish regular updates across primary platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads).
• Trend Monitoring: Keep track of current social media trends, audio, and visual styles to keep brand messaging fresh and relevant.
• Copywriting: Write clear, engaging copy for social media posts, promotional graphics, and basic digital announcements.
• Community Engagement: Assist in monitoring social channels, responding to comments/inquiries, and driving audience engagement.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Creative Media, Business, or a related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in mobile video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with design software (Canva, Photoshop).
• Familiarity with major social media management and algorithms.
• Soft Skills: Strong creative storytelling, solid time management, and clear written communication skills.
• Portfolio: A portfolio or portfolio links demonstrating past video editing, graphic design, or social media management work (personal accounts, university projects, or internship work allowed).
