Responsibilities
$4,000 - $7,000 + AWS & Bonus
A reputable A1 main contractor with a strong track record in large-scale, complex building projects across both public and private sectors.
5 days/
HQ (Tagore Lane) – Staff Transport at AMK station

Responsibilities
Taking off quantities for tendering.
Pricing of bills & quantities.
Evaluation of sub-contractor’s claims & preparation of payment certificate for subcontractors.
Sourcing & purchasing of construction materials, equipment etc.
Sourcing & Coordination of new subcontractors & suppliers.
Contract administration including preparation of variation claims & progress claims.
Requirements
Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil/ Structural, Construction Management, or its equivalent
