• 2-4 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in F&B industry.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, quotation comparison, purchasing and delivery follow up.
• Source and evaluate suppliers for food ingredients, beverages, packaging, cleaning supplies, equipment and other operational requirements.
• Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, payment terms, lead time and other commercial terms.
• Monitor market prices and identify opportunities to reduce procurement costs while maintaining quality.
• Ensure purchased items meet the company's required quality, specifications and food safety standards.
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers and conduct regular supplier performance reviews.
• Coordinate with outlets, warehouse, kitchen and management teams to understand purchasing requirements and forecast demand.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock shortages or excessive inventory.
• Candidate must willing to work at TRX (Exchange 106).

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
