Job Description:

Account Payable

• Responsible for Account Payable including verifying & posting of supplier invoices into the accounting system are correct and accurate
• Responsible for on-time processing and payment of all payment requests in accordance with the company's approval mandate
• Monitor AP aging, perform vendor account reconciliation in timely manner and work closely with related parties to resolve any discrepancy issues
• To provide support on month-end and year-end closing for accuracy, completeness and timeliness

Fixed Asset Reporting:

• Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate records of fixed assets register /record
• Review and confirm the fixed asset depreciation rates in the SAP system
• Participate in ad hoc task, reporting and analysis projects assigned by the management

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma of Accounting / Bachelor in Accounting or related fields
• Min 2 years working experience in manufacturing environment experience in the related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables and basic data analysis tools)
• Preferably with experience in SAP accounting system
• Possess knowledge in IT and Sales Tax is an added advantage.
• Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage
• Demonstrate high level commitment and ability to work under tight deadline
• Short notice or immediate starter will be an added advantage

Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
