- Manage and coordinate all project activities, including planning, site execution, testing, commissioning, and customer handover.
- Ensure projects are completed within the approved schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve technical, operational, and commercial issues.
- Coordinate closely with customers, consultants, main contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company safety requirements, and statutory obligations.
- Review drawings, specifications, and site requirements to ensure installation readiness and technical accuracy.
- Lead site teams and subcontractors to achieve project milestones and installation quality targets.
- Manage project documentation, variation orders, progress claims, and reporting requirements.
- Support testing, commissioning, authority inspections, and project handover activities.
- Drive customer satisfaction through professional project management and effective communication.
- Anticipate project risks and implement mitigation plans to prevent delays and cost overruns.
- Promote continuous improvement in project delivery, productivity, quality, and safety performance.
- Demonstrate strong ownership, accountability, and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Uphold the company's values, professionalism, and commitment to operational excellence.
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
- 1–3 years of project engineering experience in construction, M&E, elevator, or escalator industries. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of DOSH/OSHA requirements and site safety practices will be an added advantage.
- Preferable Malaysian only.
