Job Description:

· Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and tender documents for both private and public sector projects

· Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and all necessary documentation for tender submissions

· Source, request, evaluate, and analyze quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications and scope of work

· Coordinate and submit quotations and tender documents within specified deadlines

· Prepare and submit monthly Variation Orders (VOs)

· Monitor project budgets and recommend cost-saving initiatives to improve project profitability

· Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors on commercial and contractual matters

· Assist preparation of Shop Drawing, As-built Drawing

· Prepare OMM submission after project is completed

· Maintain accurate project documentation, contractual correspondence, and commercial records

· Assist in project completion, preparation of final accounts, contract close-out, and handover documentation

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years of local working experience in construction industry;
• Knowledge of AutoCad and Revit will be preferred;
• Well versed in both public and private Conditions of Contract used in Singapore;
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal skills and a team player;

· Meticulous in work and analytical skill in problem solving

• Able to work under pressure

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
