We are looking for a F&B service crew to run and manage operations in Kebabs Faktory franchise located in Tanglin Mall.

As F&B service crew, you will be tasked to do the following activities:

As F&B service crew, you will be tasked to do the following activities:

• Chopping and cutting vegetables.
• Marinating meats.
• Preparing different types of sauces.
• Slicing meat from vertical rotisserie (kebab tower).
• Preparing tasty wraps, rolls and bowls as per standard operating procedure (SOP).
• Interacting with customers and handling payment transactions.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area, abiding to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ordering food items from suppliers.
• Operating kitchen equipment like the kebab machine, oven, induction stove, fryer, panini and rice cooker.
• Managing inventory levels and minimizing waste.

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant.
• Has some experience of working in Middle-Eastern/Mediterranean restaurant.
• Able to work smoothly during peak hours.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to operate calmly during peak hours.
