Job Description
Responsibilities
Our client is a well-established international logistics and transportation company with a global presence, providing customized freight and logistics solutions to customers worldwide.
They are located in East.
Job Scope
Handle day-to-day
air freight operations
, including shipment bookings and coordination with airlines.
Prepare and process
Air Waybills (AWB) and Master Air Waybills (MAWB)
accurately according to customer requirements.
Monitor shipment status and follow up with airlines to resolve delays or operational issues.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of shipment documentation and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams, airlines and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment execution.
Requirements
1–2 years of relevant experience
in air freight, freight forwarding or logistics operations, with hands-on AWB/MAWB experience.
Familiarity with
CargoWise and airline booking platforms
will be an advantage.
Good communication, coordination and attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
