Job Summary

You will greet and serve customers professionally, take and deliver orders accurately, maintain cleanliness, and support daily restaurant operations to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and serve them in a professional manner to create a welcoming atmosphere

Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly to ensure customer satisfaction

Serve food and beverages following restaurant service standards to maintain quality

Set up, clear, and maintain tables and dining areas to provide a clean environment

Respond promptly to customers’ requests and enquiries to enhance their dining experience

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas to meet health standards

Assist with opening and closing duties to support restaurant operations

Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders

Handle basic cashiering and payment transactions accurately when required

Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor to support team needs
