Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Singapore. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and promote logistics services that meet customer needs. Daily activities include prospecting, conducting sales presentations, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and closing deals. The role also involves coordinating with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery and high client satisfaction. The Sales Executive will track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide feedback to support continuous improvement of sales strategies.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and deal closing.
• Strong client relationship management abilities, with experience in account management and customer service.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the capacity to present solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of logistics, supply chain, or related service industries; prior experience in logistics sales is an advantage.
• Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and standard office software to track activities and prepare reports.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site team environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work legally in Singapore and flexibility to meet clients at different locations when required.
