MISC Group Hiring! Full Time Senior Engineer HSSE in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

JOB PURPOSE

Join MISC Offshore as a Senior Engineer, HSSE and support the implementation of the HSSE Management System across offshore operations. The role focuses on operational assurance, risk management, compliance, process safety and continuous improvement.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Review and endorse operations-specific HSSE plans and procedures before execution.
• Provide HSSE guidance during offshore operations and support compliance with regulatory requirements and safe work practices.
• Lead or support HSSE risk assessments, HAZID, HAZOP and Management of Change activities.
• Monitor HSSE performance through data analysis, audits, inspections and compliance checks.
• Support Process Safety Management and review the effectiveness of related controls.
• Conduct contractor and JV assurance activities, internal audits and management HSSE visits.
• Track non-compliance close-out actions and promote HSSE campaigns and awareness programmes.

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENT

• Practical knowledge of offshore HSSE operations and management systems.
• Working knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, HAZID, HAZOP, risk assessment, Management of Change and Process Safety Management.
• Experience with HSSE audits, inspections, compliance monitoring and contractor assurance.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-engagement skills.
