• Coordinate patient appointments for Radiotherapy, Nuclear Medicine, and Chemo Day Care.
• Oversee administrative processes to ensure an efficient and seamless patient journey.
• Prepare financial estimates and provide counselling to patients.
• Issue appointment reminders and follow up as required.
• Facilitate enrolment and redemption for patient assistance programs.
• Respond to patient enquiries, providing information or escalating when appropriate.
• Monitor patient flow to reduce waiting times and service delays.
• Maintain accurate records and retrieve case notes and results using electronic systems.
• Support data collection, reporting, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement activities.
• Identify and manage risks through incident and near-miss reporting.
