About the role
This is a Barista position focused on preparing espresso-based drinks and other beverages to standard recipes, managing bar operations, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
Prepare espresso-based drinks and other beverages to standard recipes
Manage bar mise en place, cleaning and maintenance of equipment
Take and serve orders at the bar when needed
Assist with stock checks, replenishment, and simple inventory tasks
Train junior baristas and support small activations or merch displays
About you
Strong interest in coffee and hospitality
Cheerful, service-oriented attitude
Prior Barista/F&B experience preferred but not required; training provided
