Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Executive Assistant role based in Georgetown, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive executive and administrative support, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence for senior leadership. Daily responsibilities include organizing travel and accommodation, processing and tracking expense reports, maintaining documentation and records, and ensuring the smooth flow of information between internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves drafting professional communications, preparing presentations and meeting materials, supporting HR-related coordination for training or consultancy projects, and assisting with day-to-day office operations. The Executive Assistant is expected to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and proactively anticipate the needs of the leadership team.

Qualifications

  • Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and support for senior leaders.
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks, such as document preparation, records management, and office coordination.
  • Experience handling Expense Reports, including tracking, reconciliation, and adherence to company policies.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace), scheduling systems, and online collaboration platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated discretion and reliability in handling confidential information and sensitive matters.
  • Relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role; a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with HR, training, or consultancy environments is beneficial, as is experience in coordinating events or programs.
