Job Description
Responsibilities
Develop and implement daily/weekly/monthly production schedules based on forecasted demand from all outlets, clients, or sales channels.
Optimize workflow and station layouts to maximize efficiency and minimize bottlenecks.
Monitor real-time production to ensure adherence to schedule, portion control, and quality standards.
Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all kitchen processes.
Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
Directly supervise production supervisors, sous chefs, logistics coordinators, and sanitation leads.
Manage staffing schedules, ensuring optimal labor deployment to meet production needs.
Conduct training on SOPs, safety protocols, and equipment use.
Foster a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
Handle performance reviews, coaching, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
