Responsibilities
Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company’s logistics, courier and moving services.
Identify and develop new corporate clients, business partners and market opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Analyse market trends, customer requirements and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare business proposals, quotations and commercial solutions for corporate clients.
Work closely with the operations team to develop cost-effective logistics and delivery solutions according to customer requirements.
Manage business development projects from initial discussion through implementation and ongoing account management.
Monitor sales performance, business development targets and key customer accounts.
Develop strategies to improve revenue, customer retention and market presence.
Participate in contract negotiations and maintain long-term relationships with key business partners.
