Responsibilities
Design strategies and optimize algorithms for the advertising system, focusing on ranking models in ad/content scenarios
Design, build, and optimize CTR/CVR ad model prediction and estimation to improve delivery performance and platform revenue
Explore cutting-edge technologies in advertising, such as reinforcement learning and long-sequence modeling, to continuously improve model effectivenessLeverage business insights for data analysis and problem discovery, driving algorithm solutions into production
QualificationsExperience with strategy and algorithm optimization in large-scale advertising systems is preferred
Solid background in machine learning and deep learning
Proficiency in Python with a strong foundation in data structures and algorithms; familiarity with big data tools such asSpark and SQL is preferred
Clear logical thinking, passion for tackling challenging problems, and the ability to uncover valuable insights from large datasets and deliver effective solutions
