Role Description The Human Resources Development Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing people development initiatives across Insight Genesis – IGAi. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing HR programs that support talent acquisition, onboarding, and continuous learning; identifying skill gaps; and creating development plans that align with business goals. The specialist collaborates closely with HR leadership and team members to enhance performance management, employee engagement, and career progression frameworks. This role also involves analyzing HR data to refine development strategies, ensuring inclusive and equitable practices, and supporting organizational culture initiatives in a distributed, global environment.

  • Demonstrated skills in Human Resource Development and People Development to design and execute effective learning and growth programs.
  • Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement processes.
  • Proficiency in Personnel Management, including workforce planning, role design, and ongoing support for team members.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret HR metrics and translate insights into actionable development strategies.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven or tech-based organizations and comfort using digital HR tools and platforms is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications in HR or talent development are a plus.
