About the role

This role is mainly responsible for customer enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and daily administrative work, with some basic support for social media and marketing activities. You will work closely with the owner and installation team in a hands-on role where you will learn different aspects of customer service, sales support and business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Reply to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone and walk-in

• Assist customers with product information, pricing and quotations

• Follow up with customers after quotations are sent

• Arrange customer appointments and installation schedules

• Keep customer information and enquiry status updated

• Assist with basic sales administration and payment records

• Prepare and organise quotations, invoices and other documents

• Maintain customer records and filing

• Update company records and CRM / internal systems

• Coordinate with the installation team regarding customer appointments

About you

• Minimum SPM

• Previous experience in administration, customer service, retail or sales support is an advantage

• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

• Comfortable using WhatsApp for customer communication

• Good attention to detail and organisational skills

• Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritise work

• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn

• Able to work independently and follow through on assigned tasks
