Who We Are

We started Capsule48 in 2017 as an independent creative content agency and production house based in Wong Chuk Hang. Years later we are still in the neighbourhood, with a boutique team of passionate filmmakers, editors, social media creatives, and account executives. We work across Asia with some of the region's most influential brands, and are committed to building a creative community in the city.

Role Description

Our team works between social media campaigns and full out video campaigns. We are looking for a content creator who can work on both - someone with a keen interest in the latest video trends, but who is also technically proficient and who has a great eye.

This is mainly a video role, but anyone with photography experience would be welcome as well. The role is full-time, although we do offer hybrid working in our office.

Job Tasks

• Ideating content, finding references, building storyboards

• Liaising with the creative team to produce social media content

• Handling shoots efficiently by shooting and editing content

• Managing post-production timelines and comments

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with clients, teammates, and external stakeholders effectively

• A strong understanding of Video Production and Photography, with a keen eye for visual storytelling

• Marketing knowledge to guide content creation and strategy in alignment with client objectives

• Experience in a creative agency or production environment is a plus

• Ability to adapt and work independently in a hybrid work setting

• Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud - Premiere Pro is welcome, although Davinci Resolve is acceptable as well.
