Job description

• Provide support for company and regulatory procedures and guidelines including ISO9001, ISO 45001, WSHA, PDPA, etc. including liaison with external auditors for annual requirements and re-certification.

• Act as Data Protection Officer for ETC Property Management.

• Coordinate the development, testing, implementation and rollout of Integrated Property Management solution for all PM sites.

•  Provide support to projects to achieve full compliance with Company and regulatory policies, procedures and guidelines.

• Oversee and monitor implementation and compliance of policies and guidelines.

•  Assist with developing and reviewing of company policies and guidelines.

• Carrying out regular audits, identify weakness and risks, and manage compliance violations.

• Coordinate staff training for PM department.

• Liaise with Association of Property &Facilities Management (APFM) for CPFM Certification.

• Handle other ad-hoc task as assigned by the Management.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Law, Property Conveyancing, or equivalent.

• Possess legal knowledge/experience in the areas of contract, regulatory, compliance, conveyancing and data protection.

• At least 5 years of working experience.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
