Job Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and introduce products to potential buyers
• Greet customers and assist them throughout their shopping journey
• Understand customer preferences and suggest products that match their needs
• Share product knowledge, ongoing offers and promotions with customers
• Drive product sales by actively engaging with shoppers
• Make sure products are properly arranged and the promotional area remains presentable
• Assist with stock replenishment and basic merchandising tasks
• Record and report sales results or outlet concerns to the person in charge

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, retail or promotional jobs is preferred
• Comfortable working in a busy retail environment
• Approachable, confident and able to communicate well with customers
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn about new products
• Proactive in finding sales opportunities
• Able to follow the assigned working schedule and outlet guidelines
• Good teamwork and responsible working attitude
