• Prepare and issue invoices, quotations, delivery orders and other related documents.
• Handle basic administrative and office tasks.
• Serve and assist walk-in customers professionally.
• Attend to customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders and payments when required.
• Coordinate with the sales and warehouse team on customer orders and deliveries.
• Maintain proper filing and records of documents.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
