Love plants, enjoy talking to people, and have a passion for sales?

We’re looking for a friendly and organised Sales Assistant to join our team! You’ll be assisting customers, recommending plants and landscaping products, handling sales enquiries, and helping us create a great shopping experience for every customer.

No need to be a plant expert — a positive attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting plants, pots, landscaping materials, fertilizers and other nursery products according to their needs.
  • Provide product information, pricing and recommendations to customers.
  • Handle customer enquiries through walk-in, phone, WhatsApp and social media platforms.
  • Process customer orders and coordinate with the nursery/operation team to ensure orders are prepared correctly.
  • Assist in monitoring stock availability and inform customers regarding product availability.
  • Follow up with customers on quotations, orders and outstanding enquiries.
  • Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist with product display, pricing tags and general arrangement of nursery products.
  • Support promotional activities, sales campaigns and social media marketing when required.
  • Record daily sales and customer information accurately.
  • Assist the Sales team with other administrative and operational tasks when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma
  • Good communication & organisation skills
  • Able to work independently & be responsible
  • Experience in landscape/nursery admin is an advantage (not required)
