Job Scope:

• Prepare invoices, progress claims and Statements of Account (SOA).

• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with customers on payments.

• Arrange PE testing and equipment inspections, including scheduling and documentation.

• Follow up on test reports, certificates and any required rectification.

• Prepare purchase orders, delivery orders and other operations documents.

• Coordinate with customers, PEs, vendors and internal Operations teams.

• Update project, billing and equipment records in the ERP system.

• Provide general administrative support to the Operations department.
  

Requirement:

• Minimum Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in any discipline.

• At least 1–3 years of operations, project administration or billing experience.

• Experience handling invoices, SOA and payment follow-up.

• Experience arranging PE testing, equipment inspections or statutory inspections is preferred.

• Candidates from construction, engineering, machinery, equipment rental, M&E or related industries are encouraged to apply.
