Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas in a clean and hygienic condition.
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
Assist in promoting beauty packages and retail products.
Schedule and manage client appointments.
Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, and safety procedures.
Keep up to date with beauty treatment techniques and industry developments.
Requirements
Minimum Primary/Secondary education or equivalent.
Relevant experience in beauty, facial, or skincare treatments preferred.
Knowledge of beauty products and skincare treatments.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service oriented with a positive attitude.
Ability to work weekends and public holidays when required.
