Job Summary

The Business Operations Support (BOS) role partners with the Director and HR/Finance Manager to independently manage business operations, support sales and HR activities, and drive client satisfaction and recurring sales to meet business targets.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain accurate sales, project, and invoicing documentation in the designated CRM system to support business operations
• Update and manage product and client databases within the CRM system to ensure data integrity
• Generate and email invoices to clients and monitor accounts receivables to facilitate timely payment collections
• Coordinate applicant registrations and logistics for training sessions and workshops to ensure smooth event execution
• Maintain and update the company website and social media platforms to promote branding, value propositions, and service offerings
• Report and escalate potential project and operational risks and client feedback to the Director, Operations Manager, and HR/Finance Manager for timely resolution
• Identify sales opportunities through campaigns, services, and distribution channels to increase revenue
• Achieve recurring sales targets with existing clients by nurturing strong business relationships
• Prepare and submit monthly sales performance reports to Management for informed decision-making
• Support HR-related activities and sales team initiatives as required to contribute to overall business success
