Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of working experience in accounting or audit will have an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of accounting software will be an added advantage.
• Able to organize work effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply for Junior Executive position.

Job Scope:

• Perform data entry of financial documents provided by clients.
• Prepare complete sets of accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and bank reconciliations.
• Liaise and coordinate with clients on financial matters and accounting requirements to ensure completeness and accuracy of information.
• Request, follow up, and ensure timely collection of all required documents from clients for accounting work.
• Work closely with the Audit and Tax teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely completion of assignments.
• Maintain proper organization of the office filing system and ensure all documentation is systematically managed and up to date.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
