Job Scope:

• Prepare and develop piping drawings, layouts, isometrics, and related engineering drawings based on specifications and engineering requirements.
• Produce detailed drawings using AutoCAD and/or other CAD software.
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, calculations, and design requirements.
• Work closely with Piping Engineers, Designers, and other disciplines to ensure drawings are accurate and complete.
• Revise and update drawings based on engineering comments and project requirements.
• Prepare material take-offs and perform basic calculations related to piping materials and dimensions.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, applicable codes, standards, and quality requirements.
• Identify and highlight potential design or drafting issues to the engineering team.
• Maintain proper documentation and revision control of drawings.
• Deliver accurate and quality drawings within the required project timeline.
• Perform other drafting-related duties as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering, Piping Design, Drafting, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Piping Drafter, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Fresh graduates with relevant engineering/drafting internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Proven experience in preparing piping drawings and engineering documentation.
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD or other CAD software.
• Familiarity with 3D modelling/design software is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of piping systems, layouts, and engineering drawings.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Detail-oriented and able to meet project deadlines.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
