Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

·       Maintainfull sets of accounts and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.

·       Preparemonthly management accounts, financial reports, and variance analysis.

·       Performgeneral ledger maintenance, journal entries, and BS account reconciliations.

Project Accounting & Cost Control

·       Trackproject costs, revenue recognition, and project profitability.

·       Supportproject managers with budget monitoring and cost analysis.

·       Assistin tender costing and project financial reporting.

Tax & Statutory Compliance

·       Prepareand submit GST returns.

·       Ensurecompliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).

·       Supportannual statutory audit and corporate tax filing processes.

ERP/SystemMigration & Financial Data Reconciliation

·       Support theimplementation and migration of accounting and finance systems, including datavalidation and user testing.

·       Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepanciesarising from system migration activities.

Preferred Experience

·       Experiencein engineering, construction, facilities management, or project-basedindustries.

·       Familiaritywith project costing and revenue recognition

Qualifications

·       Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

·      Minimum 5 years working experience

·       Experiencehandling full sets of accounts independently.
