• Handle daily admin and paperwork.
• Manage customer orders, invoices and payments.
• Reply to customers via WhatsApp and other channels.
• Keep track of sales, purchases and stock.
• Assist with ordering flowers and shop supplies.
• Coordinate deliveries and follow up on orders.
• Help with general shop duties when needed.
• Support the team during busy seasons and special occasions.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
