Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for Staff Planning and Training
• Responsible for setting Daily, Weekly and Monthly sales goals
• Develop strategies to improve customer service
• Maintaining the overall image of the store
• Inventory handling such as stock re-ordering, Stock take and track your stock levels at all times.
• Overseeing store daily operations
• Able to analyze store performance and handle customers enquiries

Job Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least SPM, Diploma or relevant experienced.
• At least 3-5 years working in supervisory or leadership experience.
• Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work on shift, 5 days per week including Public Holiday.

Job Type: Full-time
