Job Summary
Oversee daily administrative operations, lead clerical staff, manage customer workflows, and support compliance activities to ensure efficient office management and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise clerical staff to ensure smooth daily administrative operations
Manage customer workflows including processing invoices, quotations, and order fulfilment to maintain service accuracy and timeliness
Maintain and organize both physical and electronic company records for easy retrieval and compliance
Prepare detailed operational reports for management to support informed decision-making
Coordinate procurement and timely replenishment of office supplies to sustain uninterrupted operations
Support annual ISO audits by preparing documentation and facilitating audit processes
Assist workplace safety activities to maintain compliance with regulatory standards
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers to resolve administrative issues promptly
Work independently to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Required competencies and certifications
BizSAFE Level 2 certification (mandatory for workplace safety compliance)
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative management experience
