We are seeking an Agent Product & System Architect (FinTech) with strong domain expertise in securities brokerage, fund management, and investment advisory (robo-advisory) platforms, as well as blockchain/EVM systems.

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design, orchestration, and technical architecture of production-grade AI Agent applications. Your financial domain knowledge will allow you to quickly onboard and translate complex wealth management and on-chain asset management workflows into autonomous, controllable Agent systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Agent Product Design & Financial Domain Modeling
  • Translate complex financial workflows (securities, fund management, investment advisory) into production-grade Agent applications—including domain modeling, task orchestration, and tool/skill delegation.
  • Design session management, artifacts, and human-in-the-loop (HITL) mechanisms to establish precise boundaries between autonomous model decisions, business rules, and human oversight.
• AI & On-Chain Governance & Runtime Constraints
  • Convert permissions, cost management, tool access, file boundaries, and manual review rules into machine-executable policies.
  • Cover both Agent runtime and AI-assisted development scenarios, ensuring AI outputs and smart contract interactions are controllable, auditable, and traceable.
• End-to-End Delivery & Closed-Loop Data Strategy
  • Take full ownership from business objectives to production—defining problems, designing product and domain models, building UI and full-stack systems, launching, and managing operations.
  • Establish feedback loops using user analytics, attribution, business KPIs, and system logs to continuously iterate product and architecture.
• Platformization & Infrastructure Abstraction
  • Abstract custom business implementations into reusable protocols, platforms, and infrastructure—including session protocols, unified user centers, growth infrastructure, data semantic layers, design systems, and developer harnesses.
• Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Align requirements, architecture designs, and technical dependencies across clients, product managers, designers, algorithm engineers, and developers.
  • Act as a Technical PM to coordinate cross-functional and external vendor teams to guarantee high-quality delivery.

Requirements

Core Qualifications & Financial Domain Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of product development experience, with hands-on experience building Agent applications or AI-Native products from 0 to 1.
• Financial Domain Expertise (Essential): Proven experience developing systems for securities brokerages, fund management, or investment advisory (Robo-Advisory) to ensure rapid business onboarding.
• Proven End-to-End Execution: Demonstrated ability to independently lead and deliver full-stack, end-to-end products.
• AI Governance: Hands-on experience with AI engineering governance, including access control, cost caps, and approval workflows for high-risk actions.
• Data-Driven Leadership: Strong cross-functional coordination skills and a data-driven mindset to iterate products based on production telemetry (funnels, attribution, anomaly logs).

Blockchain & Protocol Qualifications

• Blockchain / EVM Technical Onboarding: Direct, hands-on experience running live, production-level projects on EVM-compatible blockchains.
• Vault Standards & Protocols (Strong Plus): Experience with Tokenized Vault architectures and protocols (ERC-4626, ERC-7575, and ERC-7540) for yield strategies or asset management.

Preferred Extras

• Prior experience with SaaS products or client-facing enterprise delivery.
• Experience with LLM integration and frameworks (Function Calling, Agent frameworks like Claude Code, DAG/Orchestrator architectures, etc.).
