Job Description

As a Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the successful planning, execution, and launch of digital products and platform enhancements. Key responsibilities include:

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple stakeholders
• Gather and translate business requirements into actionable development plans
• Manage project scope, timelines, priorities, and resource allocation
• Partner with commercial, technology, operations, and marketing teams to ensure successful product delivery
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans to maintain delivery schedules
• Provide regular progress updates and project reporting to senior management
• Support testing, deployment, and transition activities to ensure smooth operational handover
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
• 2+ years of project management or product delivery experience
• Proven track record in delivering complex technology or systems integration projects
• Experience working within digital platforms, fintech, insurtech, mobile payments, or related technology environments
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex business and technical challenges
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Strong communication, presentation, and project coordination skills
