Role Description The Legal Intern role at Leon & Partners is a full-time, on-site position based in USJ Subang Jaya ( New Office). The intern will assist our Lawyers with legal research, case law analysis, and the preparation of memorandums and reports. Daily responsibilities include supporting legal document drafting and review, organizing case files, and maintaining accurate documentation. The intern will help prepare legal correspondence, assist with client meeting materials, and provide administrative support related to ongoing matters. The role offers practical exposure to various practice areas, close mentorship from experienced lawyers, and opportunities to observe client interactions and court-related activities, where applicable.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Law and ability to analyze Legal Issues effectively.
• Competence in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting and reviewing contracts, letters, and memoranda.
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present legal findings clearly.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a law degree from a recognized institution.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and basic office software (e.g., Word, Excel, document management systems).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Posession of own vehicle and valid driving licence.
• 3 month Internship
